It's been a while, I know! A lot of life has been happening since I last dropped in your inbox. I can't catch you up on everything here, but let's just say God has LIFTED ME out of a valley and I am grateful!

Can I ask you a hard question?

When was the last time you disappointed yourself?

Maybe you ignored your intuition.
Stayed quiet when you wanted to speak.
Said yes when your heart was screaming no.

Or, made a decision that would satisfy everyone in your life except yourself.

We spend so much time healing from what other people have done to us that we rarely stop to ask where we've abandoned ourselves.

That's where today's podcast begins.

For me, it was creating emotional space for everyone else in my life while holding my feelings hostage because I felt they weren't as BIG as what other people were feeling. I was filled to the brim with unprocessed emotions that I put on hold to address "after the storm." And that is not how it should be. In fact, the body keeps score, and the heart has to heal.

I began giving myself the space, and life changed from the inside out.
